Bollywood Dance Fitness

People participating in Bollywood Dance Fitness

Fitness with a twist!  Combine the music and dynamic choreography of a variety of Bollywood dance styles for a workout you will love.  Kick off each workout with yoga stretches that improve flexibility followed by unique movements that help tone your body while burning fat. Program is for age 7 and up and meets every Thursday from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Call 972-205-2772 or email Holford for more information.
