Yogalates

This Pilates and Yoga mix works your core and challenges your strength, endurance and flexibility without stress on the joints. Program is for ages 16 and up and meets on Mondays from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m. and Wednesdays from 6 to 7:15 p.m. Call 972-205-3991 or email Audubon for more information.
