Chair Exercise

Pull up a chair and exercise. These chair exercises are simple modifications of familiar exercises and a gentle way to build muscle strength and stay flexible.  Program is for ages 55 and up and meets on Mondays and Thursdays at 10 a.m.  Call 972-205-3305 or email Carver Senior Center for more information.
